HISTORY
PT. Absolute Services was established on October 22, 2003 as an Integrated Security Management Solution, which provide business services to fulfill customer needs. PT. Absolute Services is qualified to provide all aspects of service related to Security, as well as Manpower Supply, Training Consultation, and Asset Assessment.
For the past 17 years, PT. Absolute Services has successfully served about 100 clients with a total of 20,000 manpower spread throughout Indonesia.
As the company grows, on November 9 2017, PT. Absolute Services has decided to establish new company that will be focused on asset management services, PT. Kelola Aset Nusantara (KAN). Indicating the continuous growth of the business, on March 15 2019, PT. Absolute Services established new companies based on the type of business as follows : PT. Absolut Servis Nusantara to provide logistic and warehouse manpower services and PT. Absolut Sinergi Nusantara to provide Human Capital and IT Solution for clients
FOUNDER
H.S Sastro, SH. is the founder of PT. Absolute Services. He received formal education at the National University of Jakarta with a major in the Faculty of Law.
He also join Informal Education in Advocate Professional Special Education in 2007, Orientation on Main Duties, Functions and Roles of the National Police Headquarters BUJP in 2010 and Training of the Main Guard Qualification Security Unit in 2018.
His experience in the Human Resources Industry, especially Security, is more than 25 years. With that experience, he pioneered PT. Absolute Services in 2003 and starting the world of Manpower Supply.

- Provide full support for the K3L program so that every employee is responsible for every activity he does,
- Providing K3L Training and Knowledge so that every employee is responsible for every activity he does,
- Make K3L activities part of operational security activities.
- The company will provide an K3L program in security guard operations, all employees are responsible for the implementation of each K3L program.
